New identity system for cutting edge residential housing developer Click Properties which includes core mark, bespoke logotype and print/digital assets.
Their innovative approach uses modular building techniques to create cost efficient, design-led new developments in key city locations targeting urbanite first time buyers.
The concept is built around the brand idea of ‘Future Builders’ which captures the approach and the benefit in it’s dual meaning. This informed a core mark, a C which is constructed from a square grid in its simplest form. It’s then translated/built into a simulated, dynamic 3D form representing the progressive nature of the business and the physicality of a building. The single C is designed to tessellate like 3D bricks to further mirror the construction process in applications on a bigger scale.
The identity plays with this optical 3D simulation across 2D touch-points using a simple palette of blue, silver grey and white and then physically wraps around 3D applications to further play with the nature of the mark.
